Promotion Terms
These rules apply to every promotion at Prince Albert Casino, including our welcome free spins. Read them alongside our Terms & Conditions before you join any offer.
A. General rules
Each promotion lists its requirements, deadlines and eligible games on its page in Promotions. Where a promotion page and these rules differ, the promotion page governs for that offer. Promotions add value to your play and are intended for personal, recreational use only.
B. Who can take part
Promotions are open to anyone who holds a registered account, is 19 years of age or older, and is located in a Canadian province or territory where legal online casino gaming is allowed. We must first confirm your identity and location before you can join. Self-excluded players, players partway through a cooling-off pause, and any account flagged for irregular play stay outside our promotions. Ontario does not allow incentives to be promoted publicly, so our offers become visible once you sign in or complete registration.
C. Opting in
Promotions are always optional. You claim the welcome free spins with your first deposit, and you join other offers from Promotions or from a message in your account. To play without a promotion, just do not opt in.
D. Stake size during an offer
Free spins are played at the fixed spin value set for the offer, and that value cannot be changed. Because our rewards carry no wagering, we apply no separate stake cap to your cash play while spins are running. If a future promotion uses a stake cap, the cap will appear on that promotion before you join it.

When your opening deposit is C$10 or more, we add 200 free spins to your account for one featured slot picked by us. Every win they produce is paid in real cash, with no wagering attached. Any spins still unused will lapse 24 hours after they are credited.

F. Expiry
The welcome spins expire after 24 hours. Spins not used within that time are removed and cannot be restored. Other promotions carry their own expiry, stated on the promotion itself.
G. Bonus abuse and voiding
Every reward is covered by our irregular play policy. The following counts as abuse:
- claiming an offer more than one time by opening several accounts or sharing details
- using another person's payment method to qualify
- coordinated play between accounts to collect rewards
- using software or game faults to profit from a promotion
Where abuse is found, we may withdraw the reward, void any winnings it generated and exclude the account from future Promotions. When our checks conclude, the funds you deposited yourself are returned to you, unless we must keep them by law.
H. Wagering and game types
None of our rewards carry wagering. Free spins, cashback and rewards from the prize wheel are all set at 0x, so any winnings are paid directly into your cash balance. The welcome spins work only on the featured slot we choose; they cannot be used on other slots, table games or Live Casino games.
I. One promotion at a time
Your account can have just one promotion running at a time. A new offer becomes available to claim after the current one is used, expires or is declined. Prince Albert Rewards benefits are governed by that program's own rules.
J. Maximum conversion
The welcome spins carry no conversion cap. Whatever they win is paid to your balance as cash and can be withdrawn under our usual limits, including the C$20 000 monthly maximum listed in our Terms & Conditions. If a future promotion does carry a conversion cap, we will display it before you choose to join.
K. Changes
If the law requires it or an offer is being misused, we may change or withdraw a promotion or revise these rules. Rewards already credited to you in good faith will not be reduced by any change. The current version is always shown on this page.
